In Xhodon there are four modes of diplomatic relationship towards other magicians or guilds. Default setting is "Neutrality". Other modes are "Non-Aggression Pact" (NAP), "Alliance" and "War".

Diplomacy Display

Diplomacy display in the profile

You find a list of your current diplomatic relationships other than neutrality on the page Diplomacy in the profile.

There are:

  • Existing relationships
  • Inquiries of other magicians or guilds
  • Own applications to other magicians or guilds

Below you can search for magicians or guilds, request a non-aggression pact or an alliance and declare war.

Neutrality

This is the default setting.

Non-Aggression Pact

A Non-Aggression Pact (NAP) has technically no effect to the game. It only symbolises agreements with other magicians or guilds.

Alliance

An Alliance enables heroes with the setting Area Defence to defend the palaces of the ally.

War

A declaration of war and an ending of the war (capitulation) are automatically announced in the forum and are exclaimed in the Felúndin Box. If a guild capitulates, it cannot be attacked from her former war opponent for the next 14 days.
